Along with the amazing new ILNP Spring collection, the ILNP Color Kissed Ultra Holo™ collection for 2017 is stunning. Right away I was smitten just looking at the bottles. They are shifty colors, full of (I mean FULL) of holo goodness and versatile because they can be used in a thin coat on top of a color, or alone in only 2-3 coats. Immediate disclaimer on my photos here. Because these are sun and light loving holos, I broke out of my comfort zone where I usually try to capture these swatches in the same light. Because they are so shifty, you really can’t compartmentalize the light source. You want to utilize lots of light, flash or sun. So forgive the irregular light angles here. I’m kind of hardhead when it comes to method and it killed me to break away from habit. But either way I think you’ll enjoy what you see. Let’s go alphabetically.

CONCLUSION: I’m super excited these can be used alone and apply like a dream in 2-3 coats for full opacity. These really show off in bright light and sunshine, which will take you from spring to summer! Or change any plain color as a base to WOW with a thin coat of your choosing. The formulas are amazing, quick dry time and glossy. Hard to pick a favorite, but Rosewater made me gasp the most, followed by Sunday Brunch and Spring Bouquet.
