The final duo set I have to show you today is the Electric Popelectric pop box, which includes two seriously poppin’ shades. The neon pink is called Pop-arrazi Pose and the super bright purple is Anime-zing Color!
Both of these shades are quick drying, easy to work with, take 2-3 coats and dry to a satin finish. Adding a glossy topcoat is optional. Both are great for nail art!
I really enjoyed working with this collection. Something about anime makes you want to create some fun and funky nail art. I always choose fairly easy designs, because let’s face it, I’m no artist! LOL These are available now at Loxabeauty.com!

The Morgan Taylor Hello Pretty! duo packs are $17/ea set.
Keep checking back, I’ll soon be featuring the last set, seen here!
When I chatted with indie polish brand Virago Varnish‘s owner/creator, Adrienne about her upcoming collection, I kept getting more and more excited. One, because her formulas and colors are awesome. Two, I knew ahead of time the glitters in this set would be beyond belief. I was right! I will add to that and echo her excitement that one of the glitters in the set came with an honor every indie polish maker dreams about. She says, “Virago is excited to announce this stunning lacquer Radiance. It will be gifted at GBK’s Celebrity Gift Lounge honoring the 2015 MTV Movie Awards Nominees and Presenters!” How cool is that?! I will start there after I show you the bottles! 🙂
I am beyond pleased to share with you one of the newest additions to the Zoya family of Naturel nudes, the Naturel Satins Transitional collection for 2015. Inside the beautiful frosted bottles with velvety caps, lies the extremely opaque polishes that will take you smoothly from winter into spring. I used two coats of each shade, all very similar in formula with the exception of Ana. She was very slightly more sheer due to her pale pink shade, but smoothed out nicely upon application of the second coat. These polishes dry quickly to a satiny finish, not shiny, not quite matte. Very attractive for the office or when you need to be classy yet in fashion. Although these are a bit on the thick side, they self leveled very nicely. Let’s take a look!
The new Zoya Naturel Satin* formula provides opaque coverage and wears much longer than traditional matte shades. Plus, the forgiving smooth finish hides imperfections!
First up is Leah. I was immediately impressed with how nice this shade complimented my pale winter skin tone. I think this will look great on any skin tone as well.
Rowan was the surprise shade in the bunch in my view. I was unsure if I’d like a suede taupe on my skin, but it was one of my favorites.
Sage is one of those earthy soft shades I love.
Tove is the essential grey. Since greys seem to be the fashion statement color this season, I’m glad they included this one in the collection.
Next we have Brittany. It’s a fabulous rose mauve. Sort of old school, but not old fashioned.
And last we have delicate Ana. My fave pink of the collection.
Overall I am extremely impressed with this collection. Leave it to Zoya to continually think outside the box. The formulas were all buttery smooth, very opaque, quick drying, self leveling and the shades are perfect. I had no trouble at all in application and as always, the brushes are perfection. I highly recommend every one of these! Come back a little later…as I bring you the Zoya Delight Spring collection for 2015 🙂
*The Satin formula is a hybrid between matte and glossy polishes and is not intended to be worn with a top coat. For best results: Prep nail with Zoya Remove Plus Nail Polish Remover, apply base coat and finish with 2 thin coats of any Satin polish.
They can be ordered now from Zoya.com for $9ea or for the whole collection for $54.
By now you may have started noticing swatches and reviews of the newest darlings on the 2015 Zoya train…those fab new Naturel Satin collection (available now) and the delightfully spunky spring line, the Delight collection (Available to order NOW!). And as always, Zoya continues to think “outside the box” when it comes to new finishes and shades.
As we speak, my swatching samplers of the six Naturel Satins and the six springy Delight collecion have appeared at my post office. Since I’m out of town, there they shall stay for another week all snuggled up with a plethora of other nail mail until I return! I can’t wait to get these on my nails 🙂 But I just wanted to keep you updated in case you thought I was skipping, TOTALLY NOT! LOL Just weird timing that they would show up while I’m in sunny Texas. Please be sure and become a follower of mine. That way you’ll be notified by email when I’ve posted my review and swatches, thanks!
