Madam Glam Chrome Mirror Pigments for shine that is Out-of-This-World

Madam Glam Chrome Mirror Pigment powders aptly named after planets and other heavenly bodies sparkle and shine! This cast of characters come in seven shades and I have four to share with you today. And as a bonus, I will also share with you a shiny red gel polish that will make heads turn! Let’s take a look.

I am loving Pluto Chrome Mirror Pigment Powder by Madam Glam, swatched here over white for a pearly finish that glows pale green in different angles along with pale pink. But over black as seen on the accent nail, boom! An emerald foil finish!

Pluto is one of 7 of the newest Chrome Mirror pigment powders by Madam Glam. Each pot is a generous 5 grams and comes with instructions and a nice pink metallic applicator. Pluto is described as, "...green with blue undertone" and suggested to go over a black gel polish cured with a no wipe top coat, but you may also use it over regular polish with a water based top coat over and under the powder!

Venus Chrome Mirror Pigment Powder by Madam Glad over black. The MG store describes it as a light blue but on me at least seemed a darker blue over black gel polish. I think if it was swatched over a white or pale blue it would be a lot lighter but it's gorgeous here!

Madam Glam's Chrome Mirror Powder in Jupiter. Here it is swatched over a nude gel polish which gives it a soft golden glow! Can be swatched over any color though, black will give a dramatic effect while pale shades result in anything from a white gold to rosy gold mirror shine.

Here is the bonus swatch of Quite Olive gel polish! She’s a fabulous red gel polish with tons of shimmer. I wore it all Christmas weekend!

Quite Olive by Madam Glam is described as, "Sparkly red with a hint of orange. This color was inspired by the gorgeous Kalamata olives. Nothing makes red wine more delicious than some good olives and a gorgeous manicure." Here she is in 3 coats. It's a perfect pimento shimmer for a holiday mani!

Quite Olive is a red jelly like shiner and as a soak-off gel polish, I recommend 3 coats for full coverage. But wow, it's shiny and stunning.

NEW! Oceans of Beauty now offers Gel Polishes!!!

I admit it, I’ve always been a fan of Oceans of Beauty founder, Christy. I found her first a few years back on Youtube. Her golden locks and sweet genuine disposition are what sold me. From that time, she has expanded her business to the nail world and beyond. Ez Dip nail powders, glitter, chrome and holo pigments and now Gel Polish. Sparkle & Co is the way to go! Let’s take a peek today at three of the 35 Gel polish colors, as well as the new pigment kid on the block.

Brand NEW at Oceans of Beauty! 35 colors including black and white. Sparkle & Co Gel polishes come in full size satin black bottles with caps showing the color of what's inside. Here are three and wow, they are amazing. Great formulas, I'm so impressed. From left, #48 Pastel Turquoise, #76 Med/Dark Red and #39 Azure Blue.

I know, it's now Fall but just look, LOOK! My all time favorite Summer shade, this is #48, a Pastel Turquoise Gel polish. Two coats cured with base and No Wipe top coat.

Sparkle & Co #76 Med/Dark Red in 2 coats, cured with base and no wipe top coats, also available at Oceans of Beauty. This is one sexy red!

#39 Azure Blue from the Sparkle & Co line of gel polishes at Oceans of Beauty. It's more sheer than the others so I used 3 coats. Cured after each coat, and as always, you want to apply all these in thin even coats before curing. It reminds me of the place where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean!

The formulas on these are brilliant and glossy and super easy to apply. Which I knew they would be after using the introductory shades of black and white. And here is the new metallic powder, Sparkle & Co Metallix in Rose Gold. (but on me it’s more like bronze but just as beautiful).

Something new over at Oceans of Beauty! They've added Sparkle & Co Metallix pigment powder in Rose Gold. This is a 3 gram jar, which is tons if you've ever used pigments because a little tiny amount goes a long way! This is NOT a mirror powder. It's applied the same way as the holo and chrome. It's described as a metallic gold, but on me at least it leans more toward a bronze. It is stunning! $15, but read in my post how to save!

Sparkle & Co Metallix in Rose Gold over black gel polish. Next I think I'll try it over white for a paler look. Over black it's more like a bronze but wow, does this scream Fall or what?!

CONCLUSION: Great choices, beautiful colors and formulas, easy to use, innovative! How’s that for a conclusion? Remember, the gel polishes are now available at an introductory price of $9.99. Get ’em while they’re hot.

Sparkle & Co Holo Pure from Oceans of Beauty!

Look at this! Holy mother of Holo! This holo powder is so easy to use. Gel base, cure, gel color x2, cured, no wipe gel top/ halftime cure, rub on a tiny bit of Holo Pure powder, gel top coat and cure. ✨😎✨ My pinky and ring fingers are using white gel from Sparkle & Co. Pointer and middle nails using black gel under the holo. Get yours at OceansofBeauty.com in basic kits or deluxe kits. Also chrome powder kits!

Here I applied the Holo Pure using the advised method flawlessly over both white and black gel polishes! And in the sun, it's a blinding rainbow of sparkle and color.

Here I applied the Holo Pure using the advised method flawlessly over both white and black gel polishes! And in the sun, it’s a blinding rainbow of sparkle and color.

Here is what I used and an example of the Holo Pure over basic black or white gel. Imagine all of the different looks you can achieve over other colors!

Holo Pure (this is TRUE Holo Magic Powder – NOT glitter): 2 gram jar and sold in either a deluxe kit or basic, your choice! To achieve your Holo look, you'll need a gel base coat, gel color, and no wipe top coat.

CONCLUSION: I LOVE all of these so far, the base, no wipe top coats are the bomb and so far I am LOVING the gels even though all I’ve tried so far is the black and white! So easy to do and all without going to the salon.
