SquareHue Decades Collection: 1920…times are achangin’

I just knew the March SquareHue box was going to be glamorous and edgy. I was right! I could easily see these three shades in any speakeasy. From a time when women ditched their corsets, bobbed their locks and took up smoking, fashion took a huge leap. Let check out these fabulous shades and formulas from SquareHue, the subscription box that gives back.

SquareHue Decades Collection: 1920 for 3.15 brings us the roaring 20s inspired shades. Full of glitz and glamour, the three shades would truly be loved by any flapper! From left/top/bottom: Art & Deco 1925, a copper shimmer; Style & Speed 1921 is a silver micro glitter; and the delicate Cocktails & Cigarettes, a shear pearl with teal flash.

First we have Cocktails & Cigarettes 1920. It’s a blushing duotoned topper, or shear polish, that flashes teal and is especially stunning over other shades!

Cocktails & Cigarettes 1920 is anything but unladylike, but considering the fashion was often braless, shear and a bit unconventional, it’s the perfect topper seen here over black and white! It turns black into a shimmery teal and white into a peach chiffon shimmer. It’s the bee’s knees! On the pinky finger it’s on it’s own in 3 coats then accented with a dotticure of black and white, then topped with C & C.

Next up on the dance floor is Style & Speed 1921. It’s a glossy mirror like silver micro glitter that will knock your socks off!

And but certainly not least, Art & Deco 1925. A Copper shimmer with an impeccable formula, dries fast a and a 2-coater.

Art & Deco 1925 was the dawn of the Art Deco era where flappers did pretty much what they wanted, dancing the Charleston was all the rage and style went from fussy to fabulous.
