Now that Spring is fully on deck, our nail lacquer lovers are seeking all things shiny and new. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate Spring than freshly painted nails. One of my fave indie nail brands, ILNP has two 2016 polish collection you’ll crave. A couple of weeks ago I posted my review on the ILNP Spring Jellies and today I’ll present the Spring Collection. These babies all scream for the sun (which is why I shot most of the photos in the sun!). Let’s take a look!

Let’s start with a somewhat nude but fully holographic stunner, Apricot Cream.
I just had to photograph most of these in the sun to show you the glorious sparkle! Apricot Cream is described as, “a deliciously unique nail polish with a milky rich finish. Deja Vu is an intense linear holo, the best kind!

Rolling Hills, ahh, you can almost smell the dew on fresh-cut grass!

Sweet, petite and oh so feminine, Daisy Jane!

Drop dead gorgeous over any nail color or alone, Mayfield.
My sun photo was too intense to show you the gorgeous flakies the way I wanted. So this is in shade. Mayfield is described as, “a stunning combination of color-shifting Ultra Chrome Flakies. Conclusion: Not to sound like a broken record. But I don’t know any more words I can say but this collection is a dream. From formula, to application, great wear and gorgeous shades and sparkle, ILNP Spring Collection is drop dead gorgeous!

Mark your calendars for March 21st! This oh-so-spring collection from indie brand Chloe & Bella, the 2015 Spring Collection, will go on sale and you don’t want to miss any of the six mix ‘n match set. Here they are!
Here they are! The stunning Chloe & Bella 2015 Spring Collection. They are, from left, “Strawberry Cream, Strawberry Twinkle, Tangerine Cream, Tangerine Twinkle, Aubergine Twinkle and Aubergine Cream.
The formulas of the creams were consistent and easy to work with. No flooding and not overly thick with a nicely splaying brush. Although it’s hard to capture the iridescent flashes within each of the creams, believe me, they are there in full sun and well lit rooms. The glitter toppers are great formulas as well, each in clear bases. No fishing here as these formulas have plenty of multi-sized glitters without being chunky on the nail. I found that they applied so smoothly you really don’t need a glitter filling top coat for any of them.
Let’s start off with the Tangerines! Tangerine Cream…
Tangerine Cream is a smooth 2-coater with flashes of purple iridescent shimmer. Hard to capture in the photo but believe me, it’s breathtaking!Tangerine Cream is described as, “Tangerine Cream is a deliciously yummy orange pastel cream that reminds me of those wonderful Creamsicles of my younger days. Tangerine Cream consists of a fluid and creamy polish that also contains a surprising purple iridescent shimmer. This polish is opaque in two easy coats.”
Tangerine Twinkle, her outspoken sister!
Tangerine Twinkle is perfectly paired up to it’s sister, Tangerine Cream, but I’m tempted to think outside the box and pair her over Strawberry Cream! Ohh, ahh!Tangerine Twinkle is described as, “Tangerine Twinkle is a sparkling glitter-filled topper that begins with a clear base and is filled to the top with delicious glitters and is then amped up to the next level with holographic glitters that give it an extra shiny spark. Glitters include: matte peach and white hex, metallic orange hex, and holo orange hex.”
Everyone needs a dreamy pink in their springtime collection. Here we have Strawberry Cream.

And finally, the Aubergines! Now, I had to look up this word because frankly, I didn’t know what it meant! 😉 Aubergine is actually another word for eggplant! Now, although this could be a pastel version of that deep purple squash, you’ll see the true eggplant shade in it’s sister’s glitter. Here is Aubergine Cream.
Aubergine Cream is a great 2-coat polish with a bit of iridescent flash. I accented her with a light layer of Aubergine Twinkle.Aubergine Cream is described as, “Aubergine Cream is a luscious purple pastel cream. Aubergine Cream consists of a fluid and creamy polish that also contains a surprising blue iridescent shimmer. This polish is opaque in two easy coats.”
And paired with the cream this glitter is too gorgeous. Here is the last of the collection Aubergine Twinkle.
