Gorgeous summer shades in the CND Vinylux Rhythm & Heat collection. Evoke the tropics and soak in the hues. From left: Mambo Beat, Sugar Cane, Palm Deco, Splash of Teal, Ripe Guava and Shells in the Sand. All of this collection of Vinylux are cremes. In the gel Shellac line the Splash of Teal is replaced by Shimmering Shores, a sparkly version.
Without further ado, lets dive into the swatches! NOTE: I had to trim my long nails down to a workable length…enter sad face 😥 I had two big tears to repair but the good news is my nails grow fast! Darn yard work. lol
After swatching all these drool-worthy summer shades, I got to thinking about salsa, fruit salad and tropical retreats! Here is a little inspo using all the colors in the set!Beautiful Sugar Cane from the Cnd Vinylux collection, Rhythm & Heat, in 2 easy coats. I love this shade for summer. It reminds me of a luna moth, a fresh tropical drink, summer!My goodness, here is 2 coats of Splash of Teal from the Cnd Vinylux collection, Rhythm & Heat! I am a teal polish freak and when I find one that doesn’t stain, I’m over the moon happy with it. A cool medium/deep teal, as blue as a Caribbean blue hole!Shells in the Sand from the Cnd Vinylux collection, Rhythm & Heat in three coats. It’s the thickest of the bunch, but it didn’t apply as easy, sort of streaky at first. The color is like a bleached neon peach, and I can’t wait to see it with a tan!Slightly on the thin side but very easy to apply, no pooling, Here is 2 coats of Ripe Guava from the Cnd Vinylux collection, Rhythm & Heat. It’s a juicy red, I’m thinking Sangria!Palm Deco from the Cnd Vinylux collection, Rhythm & Heat, is a lush medium green. Here it is in two coats.Mambo Beat from the Cnd Vinylux collection, Rhythm & Heat is a firey red, as spicey as its name. It’s on the thin side but plenty of pigment to do it in two coats.
