Today I have the brand new Mermaid Glitters from Sparkle and Co. I have five out of six, but the last one will arrive sometime soon so do check back here for an update. Mermaid colors? I’ll dive right in because I love some mermaidy colors and sparkle! Disclaimer: YES, I did trim some length of my nails. I had a crack on one nail and a nearly major break on another 😥 But no worries, they grow back alarmingly fast! Sorry if my shorties throws you off. lol

Here is how owner, Christy, describes these fine glitters and how to use them. “Solvent Resistant Fine Glitter for Nails! These glitters are specifically designed for nails, they are 100% solvent resistant, which means they won’t fade and will remain super concentrated and sparkly! Each Jar is 6 grams. Each jar contains ONLY glitter. To create the Mermaid smooth, iridescent and super fine “scale/mini sequin” look:
Use colored gel (black or white gel used in these photos as a base color but any color gel will work and produce varying results/end looks) and cure. Dip nail into glitter jar. Gently press glitter into nail with your finger and then start rubbing in circles until fully covered and smooth. Dust off extra. Add Gel Top and cure and you are done!”

Remember, you can layer/rub these into any shade for a completely different look. I’m kind of anxious to try them with some dark shades for some really deep underwater looks.
