CONCLUSION: Well, I have tried chromes and pigments over regular polishes before this and it wasn’t pleasant. But now, you can get the same shine, no bald patches like you’d normally get over regular polish or top coats. It is a miracle! lol At this time I can’t predict or verify the length of time it lasts, but as long as you use the Top Pure and the Seal, your shiny mani should naturally last as long as your polish of choice lasts. You do not need this system with gel polish that is cured. You DO need this to use Chrome, Holo and other pigments over regular polish. It’s amazing!
