Two new kids on the block from Glitter Lambs

Indie polishes are so much fun. Why? Indie polish makers take risks, think outside the box, seemingly have no limits and they HAVE FUN with their creations. Jamie, owner and creator of Glitter Lambs polishes is a perfect example of that and every time I see a new creation I applaud her in my head! Stop picturing that, LOL, it may be too much to handle! Jamie sent me a whole new batch of newbies now available in her store. Today I’ll share two of them with you.

Glitter Lambs’ new Sun Dazzler Glaze (on the bottom) is an amazing lightweight quick drying iridescent glaze that will make any undercoat really rise and shine! Gorgeous on darker shades, a brilliant shine-maker on medium to pale shades. On the right Cotton Candy Bubble Bath is a feast for the eyes. 1 layer on top of any shade is a great way to start your day!

So, today is March 2nd and after living in this part of Missouri for such a long time I’ve grown aware that just because the calendar clicks over to March, doesn’t mean in any way that spring is here. Oh, the daffodils and early risers take the bait. But Mother Nature doesn’t have me fooled a bit. As I sit here looking at the artic wind blowing the 20 degree air over a frozen layer of snow, just let me say, “Mom, I’ve got your number.” Now picture me holding two fingers in front of my eyes and pointing back at her! lol, Okay, rant over. I MISS THE SUN! Not only for warmth and the ability to thaw, but I prefer natural daylight filled with sunshine to take my swatch photos. But we tarry on. I may have to revisit this page when the sun decides to kick Mother Nature to the curb!

Here is Sun Dazzler Glaze (the gorgeous top coat that makes me wish for sunshine once again)!

Here is Sun Dazzler Glaze over Zoya Indigo. Really Sun Dazzler Glaze is fabulous over any color in the sunshine, but it’s even more amazing over dark shades like black, browns, and Indigo is a super deep blue. I have waited a week to get a chance to photograph this top coat sparkler in the sunshine and Old Man Winter has not cooperated. Take it from me, even in artificial light this one is a polish transformer!

Here is how Jamie of Glitter Lambs describes Sun Dazzler Glaze: “Sun Dazzler Glaze glitter topper indie nail polish ONLY does well in the SUNLIGHT! This will not twinkle that great indoors. This glitter topper LOVES THE SUNLIGHT! So if your hitting the outdoors for the day or the beach then you seriously need this GORGEOUS glitter topper. This shows up very well over black and darker colors. It does semi-okay over lighter colors but does not have a strong shift like it would over the darker colors. Sun Dazzler Glaze is a .004 flake but looks more like glitter dust. It is a micro color changing glitter from Aqua Blue-To-Purple. I mostly see blue green when I look at it though.”

The other glitter topper I have to show you today is Cotton Candy Bubble Bath. Wow, this one is full of glitter goodies. LOL I tried to picture taking a bubble bath in cotton candy and just came up with fighting ants afterwards! 😉 But I love the polish!

Cotton Candy Bubble Bath is loaded as you can see. A super fun top coat with everything but the kitchen sink. Great for gradients as you can see, or over any shade. I painted her over Lost Labyrinth by the 2015 CND Vinylux Garden Muse collection.
