Colorizing your world, one digit at a time

I’m kinda sad. Sad that I only have three fabulous flakies from I Love Nail Polish left to swatch for you! But take heart, you’ll surely be swatching your own after you have seen all the amazing swatches from my fellow bloggers. All the Ultra Chrome Flakies from ILNP are available now and every single one of the 13 are beyond my expectation. Easy on, easy off, eye-catching flakies expertly crafted and elegantly bottled, these polishes are a must-have in your collection. So here we have Open Fields. A brilliant green too gorgeous for words!

It's like these two were meant for each other! What a pretty pair.

Open Fields is described as: "Open Fields is a wonderfully fresh nail polish that primarily shifts through a vibrant grass green, golden yellow, and cool blue. You might even catch other colors depending on the lighting!"

Open Fields is perfect over purples (well, any base) but I chose to use Kings & Queens from ILNP because I'm a sucker for holos. Plus Open Fields with purple reminds me of Mardi Gras colors: green, gold and purple!

I HAVE to show you a macro shot, because well, it’s just too cool! 😉

I have two left for you to see. Neon Rosebud and Metropolis. I can’t wait to show them to you! How about you? Have you placed your order yet? I know there are a lot of flakies from indie polish makers out there and I’ve tried a few, so far all fabulous. If you wondered about these from ILNP, I guarantee you will love them. They glide on like butter and sparkle like crazy. Please comment below, I’d love to hear from you.

In case you wondered, here is info on ILNP 3-Free and cruelty free products!

“What is your vegan / cruelty free policy?
ILNP absolutely does not test our products on animals nor do we purchase materials from suppliers that do. We make a conscious effort to avoid purchasing animal/insect derived materials like carmine and guanine/pearl, etc. as there are plenty of synthetic alternatives that perform the same or even better.

Are your nail polishes 3-Free?
Yes! All ILNP nail polishes are 3 free! They DO NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, or Dibutyl Phthalate.

What does 3-Free mean?
3-Free means that our nail polishes do not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, or Dibutyl Phthalate. These 3 ingredients were previously used in most nail polish formulations until recent studies found them to be potentially harmful or irritable to humans. While these chemicals aren’t illegal to use in nail polish (although California law requires special labeling if used), most large brands have already moved to 3-Free formulas at the urge of educated consumers as well as organizations that campaign for safe cosmetics.”
